We are drafting refreshed user generated content guidelines to highlight how photos, stories, and videos are selected for Visit North Burnett channels.
The final guidance will help you understand the best themes to share, from produce and trails to the people who shape life in the North Burnett.
Respecting permissions and Country
The guidelines will emphasise gaining consent from everyone featured, crediting storytellers, and acknowledging Traditional Owners where appropriate.
We are working closely with local councils and First Nations partners so the published advice reflects community expectations.
When to expect the update
The refreshed guide will launch alongside our volunteer media training in the coming months and will be linked from every submission form.
